Benefits of Membership

Long-standing community of rose enthusiasts

By joining the Redwood Empire Rose Society (RERS), you are becoming part of the Santa Rosa Chapter which was founded in 1965. Our chapter is a member of the American Rose Society (ARS) based in Shreveport, Louisiana. Learn more about ARS at rose.org.

Programs for all levels

From advanced Master Rosarians (rose experts) to beginner gardeners, there are programs and workshops for every level of interest and skill.

Active Membership

As a non-profit organization, volunteering is a foundational element which helps us achieve our mission.

It requires many hands to accomplish the tasks associated with our robust list of programs and workshops.

Members are expected to contribute through their regular attendance at monthly programs/workshops, and we encourage the sharing of knowledge with each other and the general public. Participation on various Committees is done on a rotating annual basis. You will be asked to select a committee when completing your membership form.
