SHOW DAY REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED: Bring your rose(s) with its name (e.g. 'Day Breaker') and variety (floribunda) so you can include it on the exhibit's informational card. The judges want as much information as possible about your rose. On SHOW DAY: There is no online entry form; entries are completed on show day. Arrive at the start of the "entry period" to allow plenty of time to complete your entry forms. Enter from the wooden gate (right of main building). Head to back patio to complete your entry forms. Vases are provided for Horticultural entries but you must provide your own *watertight* vase/vessel for Rose Arrangement classes.  Roses/vases can be collected AFTER the public viewing period is over at 4pm. Show Staff will assist with questions re: completing your entry. Please refrain from asking fellow exhibitors questions during this time as most will be very busy completing their entries. Volunteer to clerk for a show (no previous experience required) in order to learn how rose shows are set up and what the judges are looking for and how the judging process works.
